  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • 1 set measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough (8 oz each)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

  • Roll the dough starting from the wide end towards the pointed end. Pinch the edges to seal and place each roll on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling by adding vegetables like chopped spinach or bell peppers for added flavor and nutrition.
These rolls can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge before baking. Just add a couple of extra minutes to the baking time if they are chilled.
Great served with a dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
