Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on the outside. You can check for doneness by ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These turkey meatballs can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
