Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix Shredded cabbage and carrots.
  • 1 medium bell pepper Diced.
  • 3 stalks green onions Chopped.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional sesame seeds For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and ground ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  • Add the coleslaw mix, diced bell pepper, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetable mixture, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetables according to your preference or what you have on hand.
This dish is great served as is or over a bed of rice for a heartier meal.
