Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place each turkey cutlet between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about ½ inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
Set up a breading station by placing flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in a second bowl, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
Dip each turkey cutlet first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded turkey cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer the browned turkey cutlets to a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over each cutlet, covering them completely.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
