  • 1 grill or stovetop skillet
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 baking sheet (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the turkey mixture into 8 equal portions and form each portion into a patty.
  • Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While the patties are cooking, mix the mayonnaise with the ground cinnamon (if using) in a small bowl.
  • Once the patties are cooked, place each turkey patty on a slider bun. Top with cranberry sauce and a dollop of the cinnamon mayonnaise.
  • Optional: Add fresh spinach or lettuce on top for added crunch.
  • Place the sliders on a baking sheet to keep warm until ready to serve, or serve immediately.

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time. Simply prepare the turkey patties and store them in the refrigerator until you're ready to cook. You can also substitute the ground turkey for ground chicken or beef if desired. Enjoy these sliders warm for a delicious bite!
