Ingredients
  

  • 16 large fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • to garnish fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the strawberries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Slice off the green tops of the strawberries and a small portion of the bottom to create a stable base. Use a small knife to remove some flesh from the center of each strawberry for stuffing.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture for added sweetness and texture.
  • Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture or use a spoon to fill each strawberry.
  • Arrange the filled strawberries on a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled treat.

Notes

You can customize the filling by adding a variety of flavors like lemon zest or cocoa powder.
For a healthier twist, you can use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese.
Make sure to serve the strawberries within a few hours for the freshest taste.
