Take two slices of the bread and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on one slice. Top with the other slice to create a sandwich. Repeat this step for the remaining bread slices.
Heat a frying pan or skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Let it melt and foam.
Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
