- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach About 60g.
- 1 cup heavy cream 240ml.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 15ml.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt 5g.
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2g.
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika 2g.
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 25g.

Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, cooking until just wilted.
