Ingredients
  

  • 12 rolls Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound deli ham, sliced
  • 1 pound turkey or chicken, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Layer half of the Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Add a layer of sliced deli ham, followed by a layer of turkey or chicken.
  • Top the deli meat with the remaining Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders to serve.

Notes

You can customize the sliders by adding additional toppings such as pickles, lettuce, or tomatoes.
These sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
Serve with a side of chips or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
