Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns slider buns
  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper salt and pepper to taste
  • optional lettuce and tomato for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain the excess fat.
  • Add diced onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onions are soft.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture with mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Stir until well mixed.
  • Cut the slider buns in half, placing the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute the meat mixture over the bottom halves of the slider buns. Top with diced pickles and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese and lightly toast the buns.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
  • Optionally, garnish with lettuce and tomato if desired.

Notes

You can customize slider fillings by adding different meats such as pulled pork, chicken, or even vegetarian options like mushrooms or black beans.
