- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional.

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
