- 2 cups shredded cheese Cheddar or a blend works well.
- 1 cup black beans Drained and rinsed.
- 1 cup corn Canned or frozen, thawed.
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 jalapeño pepper sliced Optional for a bit of spice.
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish Optional.
