  • 1 frying pan or griddle
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 set measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 knife for slicing bread

Ingredients

  • 9 slices brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 stick.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup for serving.

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

Notes
