- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Begin by cooking the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add the chopped bell pepper and broccoli florets. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Pour in the can of diced tomatoes (with juice) and add Italian seasoning. Stir to combine, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Mix in the cooked pasta, and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Feel free to substitute the kielbasa with any smoked sausage or turkey kielbasa for a lighter option.
Add other vegetables according to your preference, such as zucchini or spinach.
For a spicy kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the dish.
