Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces lobster tails About 6 ounces each.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • as needed none fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  • Prepare the lobster tails by using kitchen shears to cut through the top shell, starting from the closed end and stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the meat out, placing it on top of the shell.
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side facing up. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Broil the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and starts to brown slightly. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve the lobster tails with additional lemon wedges and your choice of sides, such as rice or a fresh salad.
For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the butter mixture for some heat.
This recipe can be scaled up or down based on the number of servings needed. Adjust the amount of butter and seasonings accordingly.
