- 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
