Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets tilapia Around 6 oz each.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juice Juice of 1 lemon.
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Place the tilapia fillets in the bowl and gently coat each fillet with the marinade. Let them marinate for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates or use a non-stick grill spray.
  • Place the marinated tilapia fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has a nice char.
  • Carefully remove the tilapia from the grill using a fish spatula.
  • Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
  • If desired, add your favorite vegetables to the grill alongside the tilapia for a complete meal.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to your taste; you may add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
