Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering it completely, and seal the edges tightly to prevent any steam from escaping.
Carefully place the foil packet on the grill and close the lid. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the foil packet from the grill using tongs, being cautious of steam when opening the packet.
Serve the salmon garnished with fresh herbs and additional lemon slices if desired.
