In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
Once the dough has rested, divide it into four equal portions. Roll out each portion into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick, on a floured surface.
Brush one side of each dough circle with olive oil.
Place the oiled side of the dough onto the preheated grill, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
Flip the dough over and quickly spread marinara sauce on the cooked side, then top with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is crispy.
Remove the grilled pizza using tongs, slice it with a pizza cutter, and serve hot.
