  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts About 450 grams.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Optional, for added flavor.

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, place it on the stove over medium heat.

  • Use tongs to turn the Brussels sprouts over and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
  • If using balsamic vinegar, drizzle it over the Brussels sprouts just before removing them from the grill for added flavor.
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Grilled Brussels sprouts can be served as a delightful side dish or tossed in salads. They can also be topped with grated Parmesan cheese for an extra savory flavor. Adjust the seasoning as desired based on personal preference.
