Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess fat.
Add the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
Stir in the uncooked egg noodles. Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Stir occasionally.
Once the noodles are cooked, remove the skillet from heat and fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
