1 baking sheet
1 parchment paper
1 mixing bowl
1 spatula
1 freezer
- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pistachios
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the yogurt from sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until well blended.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula to create a smooth layer about 1/4 inch thick.
Evenly scatter the mixed berries, granola, nuts, and optional chocolate chips over the yogurt layer.
Gently press the toppings into the yogurt with the spatula to ensure they stick when frozen.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely firm.
Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into pieces.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
Feel free to experiment with different toppings like dried fruits, coconut flakes, or seeds to suit your taste.
For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey.
If you prefer your bark to be sweeter, adjust the amount of honey or syrup to your liking.
