Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fried pickles, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fried pickles, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
  • Pour the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of paprika on top before baking. You can also use air-fried pickles for a lighter option. This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
