- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple Drained.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter For cooking.
