- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with cheddar or pepper jack.
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted.
- 2 cloves garlic Minced.
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin until it's about ¼ inch thick.
Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Gather the edges of the biscuit dough to form a ball, sealing the cheese inside. Pinch the dough to secure it tightly.
Place the cheese-filled dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet seam-side down.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the cheese bombs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
You can substitute mozzarella cheese with other types of cheese like cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.
For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
These cheese bombs can be served with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
