Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened, 8 ounces
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • ¼ cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Add the finely chopped dill pickles and dill pickle juice to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the chopped fresh dill (or dried dill), garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld; however, it can be served immediately if desired.
  • Serve chilled with your choice of chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or some chopped jalapeños.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
This dip can be made a day in advance, making it a convenient option for parties.
