Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 1 packet gravy mix (1 oz) - chicken or brown
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Optional: for browning, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, making sure to coat the chicken evenly.
  • If using, drizzle olive oil over the chicken for added flavor.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • Once cooked, use a fork to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot, mixing it into the gravy.
  • Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side.

Notes

For a thicker gravy, you can remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a one-pot meal.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
