Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 2.5 pounds.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 oz.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz.
  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz., softened.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken. Cover and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Once done, shred the chicken with two forks while it’s still in the crockpot and mix it into the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired. This dish goes well over cooked rice or pasta.

Notes

You can substitute the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor.
For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or mushrooms to the crockpot before cooking.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
