Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless pork chops About 6 ounces each.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 ounce packet.
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix 1 ounce packet.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick.
  • 5-6 pieces pepperoncini peppers Adjust to taste for spice preference.
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Place the seasoned pork chops in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the pork chops.
  • Cut the stick of butter into several pieces and place them on top of the seasoned chops.
  • Add the pepperoncini peppers on top of everything in the Crock-Pot.
  • Cover the Crock-Pot with the lid and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, check the pork chops; they should be tender and easily pulled apart.
  • Serve the pork chops with the sauce over the top, either with sides like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the number of pepperoncini peppers to accommodate your spice preference. This recipe is also great for meal prep—just store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Make sure to reheat thoroughly before serving.
