  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced (red or green)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
  • Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust any seasonings according to your preference.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish, and if desired, garnish with extra chopped green onions or shredded cheese on top.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables, or refrigerate for up to an hour to let the flavors meld.
