  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Begin by rinsing the fresh cranberries under cold water. Remove any damaged ones and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped apples, celery, walnuts (or pecans), and red onion.
  • In another small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • Add the cranberries to the mixture in the mixing bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes
