Equipment

  • 4 Champagne flutes or similar glassware
  • 1 Measuring cup
  • 1 Spoon for stirring

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cranberry juice Fresh or store-bought.
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling wine Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava.
  • as needed none fresh cranberries For garnish (optional).
  • as needed none orange slices For garnish (optional).

Instructions
 

  • Begin by chilling your sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  • In a measuring cup, pour 2 cups of cranberry juice.
  • Pour about 1/3 cup of cranberry juice into each champagne flute, filling them halfway. (Adjust according to taste.)
  • Slowly top each glass with sparkling wine, filling it to the rim.
  • Gently stir each glass with a spoon to mix the ingredients.
  • If desired, garnish with fresh cranberries and an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Cranberry Mimosas!

Notes

You can adjust the ratio of cranberry juice to sparkling wine based on your taste preference. For a sweeter drink, use more cranberry juice.
This recipe can easily be scaled up for larger gatherings. Just maintain the same ratio of ingredients.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling wine with sparkling cider or a non-alcoholic sparkling drink.
