Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries or frozen, thawed
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the chopped jalapeño, cranberries, green onions, lime juice, and sugar (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, you can reduce the amount of jalapeño or remove the seeds entirely.
This dip can be made a day in advance, making it a great option for parties.
