Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger until well combined.
In another bowl, beat the softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the bars are baking, make the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Once the bars are done baking, allow them to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
Sprinkle the additional dried cranberries on top of the frosting for decoration.
Cut the bars into 12 squares and serve.
