  • 2 cups corn kernels Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
