Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, flour, and salt until well combined.
  • Slowly add the milk to the dry ingredients while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

Chocolate gravy can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Reheat gently before serving, adding a splash of milk if needed to return it to a pourable consistency.
