Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 pieces slider buns
  • as needed leaves lettuce (for topping)
  • as needed slices sliced tomatoes (for topping)
  • as needed pieces pickles (for topping)
  • as needed to taste your favorite sauce (e.g., mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, or mustard)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Heat the olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties.
  • Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half if they aren’t pre-sliced.
  • Once the patties are cooked, place each patty on the bottom half of a slider bun.
  • Top each patty with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, and your choice of sauce.
  • Place the top halves of the buns on each slider and assemble on a serving platter.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful chicken sliders!

Notes

You can customize your sliders with other toppings such as avocado, cheese, or coleslaw.
To make the sliders spicier, consider adding diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the ground chicken mixture.
If you have leftover patties, they can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat before serving.
