- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Adjust amount to preference.
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
