Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium chicken breasts about 400g total
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Adjust amount to preference.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad. Drizzle with lemon juice, if using, and add freshly cracked black pepper for garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Chicken Caesar Salad!

Notes

To save time, you can use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken.
Adjust the amount of Caesar dressing to your preference; some may like it creamier or lighter.
For added flavor, consider adding cherry tomatoes or boiled eggs to the salad.
