- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta Such as rotini or penne.
- 1 cup frozen peas Optional.
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste none salt
- to taste none pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet, crumble, and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shredded chicken and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, peas (if using), and half of the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken mixture, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the rest of the crumbled bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
