- 2 cans white beans, such as cannellini or great northern 15 oz each, drained and rinsed.
- 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz, undrained.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional.
