Ingredients
  

  • 4 packs instant ramen noodles Includes seasoning packets.
  • 4 cups water For boiling.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt To taste.
  • pepper To taste.
  • chopped green onions Optional topping.
  • cooked proteins (like chicken or tofu) Optional topping.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, milk, and butter. Mix well until smooth.
  • Once the ramen noodles are cooked, drain them using a colander and return them to the pot.
  • Reduce the heat to low, then add the cheese mixture to the pot with the drained noodles.
  • Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • If desired, top with chopped green onions or cooked proteins, then serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese for unique flavors.
You can add veggies like spinach or peas to increase the nutritional value.
For an extra kick, consider adding sriracha or other hot sauces to the noodles.
