  • 300 g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well until the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the cheesy pasta mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. If desired, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
