- 8 cups tortilla chips Approximately 225g.
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Approximately 200g.
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Approximately 100g.
- 1 whole jalapeño Sliced.
- 1/2 cup black olives Sliced.
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream For serving.
- 1/2 cup salsa For serving.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the tortilla chips evenly over the baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Evenly sprinkle the cheese mixture over the tortilla chips.
Add jalapeño slices, black olives, and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
