Ingredients
  

  • 1 large baguette or Italian bread About 12 inches.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Softened.
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Slice the baguette or Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread using a spatula.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the buttered bread, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then cut into slices and serve warm.
  • For extra flavor, you can add crushed red pepper flakes or fresh herbs like basil or oregano to the butter mixture.
