- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (green, red, or yellow)
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced cooked ham (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, diced onions, and diced cooked ham (if using) to the egg mixture. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish.
