Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or cooked sausage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Stir in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • In the prepared baking dish, layer the diced bell peppers and diced ham or sausage evenly across the bottom.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bell peppers and meat.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the egg mixture, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice into squares.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

You can customize this recipe by adding other ingredients like spinach, mushrooms, or different types of cheese.
