Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts drained and chopped.
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained.
  • 2 cloves garlic minced.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x9 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or vegetable sticks for dipping.

Notes
