- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot) Adjust spiciness to taste.

- 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until well coated.
Place the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, turning the wings halfway through cooking to ensure they are crispy on all sides.
While the wings are baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and white vinegar until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
