Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce preferably Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping accompaniments.

Notes

You can adjust the spiciness of the dip by using a milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
If you want a creamier dip, you can add some sour cream or additional cream cheese.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
