1 oven-safe baking dish (8x8 inches)
1 mixing bowl
1 whisk or fork
1 measuring cups and spoons
1 spatula or wooden spoon
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese 8 oz, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce preferably Frank’s RedHot
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping accompaniments.
You can adjust the spiciness of the dip by using a milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
If you want a creamier dip, you can add some sour cream or additional cream cheese.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
