  • 4 medium sweet potatoes About 2 pounds.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh herbs or chopped green onions For garnish (optional).

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.

  • Cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the sweet potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking and browning.
  • Once the sweet potatoes are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider trying different spices such as cumin or chili powder.
If you prefer sweeter sweet potatoes, you can sprinkle them with a little cinnamon or brown sugar before cooking.
Ensure crowding is avoided in the air fryer to achieve the best crispiness.
